A father, who is a failed former television reporter tries to mount a documentary about violence and s*x among youths. He proceeds to have s*x with his daughter who is now a prostitute and films his son being humiliated and hit by classmates

Ami escapes, barely alive, and is taken in by the owners of a machine shop who build her a customized, bullet-spewing arm. From that point, the quest for revenge is on in earnest.
